Simplify the Sales Process.
Streamline your sales procedures. Eliminate any step that slows the process without providing a necessary benefit. With your staff's help review every procedure for obstacles to great customer service and speed, then eliminate them.

Be on time.
Time is money for you and your customers. Wasting it will tell customers that you don't value their time or yours. Late deliveries or slow response to complaints or requests may not seem like a big deal, but they may cost you a sale or a customer. When a customer asks for literature or information, respond quickly. Again, a sign of excellence is attention to detail - which includes staying on schedule and handling all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion.
